Original Writing

Our articles should provide independent explanations rather than copied descriptions.

Third-party names and sources should be identified where context requires them.

RIGHT

Rights-Holder Access

Rights holders can contact us about specific content and provide supporting details.

REVIEW

Good-Faith Review

We may remove, replace, edit or restrict content after reviewing a credible complaint.

2. Website Content

CricfyProTV Original Content

Unless otherwise stated, original articles, custom page layouts, written explanations, website graphics and CricfyProTV branding may be protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.

Visitors may:

  • Read and use our articles for personal informational purposes.
  • Share a normal link to a CricfyProTV page.
  • Quote a short portion with clear attribution and a link to the original page.
  • Print a reasonable portion for personal reference.

Visitors must not copy complete articles, remove attribution, reproduce our full page design or republish our original work as their own.

3. Third-Party Rights

App Names, Logos and Sports Properties

Application names, company names, operating-system names, product names, logos, sports leagues, competition names, team names, channel names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

CricfyProTV may refer to third-party names where reasonably necessary for:

  • Identification of the application or service.
  • Compatibility explanations.
  • Commentary or comparison.
  • Troubleshooting guidance.
  • Newsworthy or informational discussion.

Mentioning a third-party name does not mean that CricfyProTV is sponsored, endorsed or officially operated by that rights holder.

4. No APK Hosting

No Direct Distribution of App Files

CricfyProTV does not host, mirror, upload, modify, repackage, rename or directly distribute Cricfy TV APK files from our website server.

We do not provide a direct APK file download button. Informational pages may identify an external source where readers can independently learn more.

External websites and application files remain under the control and responsibility of their respective owners or operators.

6. Review Process

What Happens After We Receive a Notice?

1
Initial Review We check whether the notice identifies the work, page and reporting party.
2
Content Check We inspect the reported material and available supporting details.
3
Appropriate Action Content may be removed, edited, replaced or restricted where appropriate.
4
Communication We may request clarification or communicate the outcome when necessary.

We may forward a complaint or relevant details to the person who supplied the disputed material when reasonably necessary to investigate or respond.

Removing material does not mean that CricfyProTV admits liability or agrees with every statement in a complaint.

7. Counter-Notice

Responding to a Removal

A person who believes material was removed because of a mistake, misidentification or authorized use may contact us with a written response.

The response should include:

  • Your full name and contact information.
  • The material that was removed or restricted.
  • The URL where the material previously appeared.
  • A clear explanation of why the removal was mistaken or why the use was authorized.
  • Any supporting license, permission or ownership information.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Copyright counter-notices can have legal consequences. Consider obtaining advice from a qualified lawyer before making formal legal statements.

8. Trademarks

Trademark and Brand Complaints

A trademark owner may report content that allegedly causes confusion about source, sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement.

A trademark complaint should include:

  • The protected name, logo or trademark.
  • The registration jurisdiction and number, if any.
  • A description of the goods or services connected to the mark.
  • The exact CricfyProTV page URL.
  • An explanation of how the use allegedly creates confusion or infringes your rights.
  • Your contact information and authority to complain.

Informational or descriptive reference to an app, product, platform, company or sports property does not automatically mean that the website claims ownership or official affiliation.

9. Accurate Notices

False or Misleading Claims

Do not submit a notice that knowingly contains false, incomplete or misleading information.

Before making a complaint, consider whether the disputed material may be:

  • Licensed or authorized.
  • Owned by the person who published it.
  • Used for identification or commentary.
  • Covered by an applicable legal exception.
  • Already removed or changed.

A complainant is responsible for the accuracy and legal basis of the notice they submit.

10. Repeat Infringement

Repeated Intellectual-Property Violations

CricfyProTV may restrict contributions, communication or website access connected to users who repeatedly submit infringing material or deliberately misuse our content.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

  • Remove or edit repeated infringing material.
  • Block abusive submissions or communication.
  • Restrict access to website features.
  • Preserve relevant records when legally appropriate.
11. External Websites

Material Located Outside CricfyProTV

We can review material located directly on cricfyprotv.com, but we do not control external websites, software hosts, app stores or third-party platforms.

When disputed content is located on another website, contact the owner, hosting provider or designated copyright contact for that external service.

A normal external link from CricfyProTV does not give us ownership or technical control over the destination.

12. Policy Changes

Updates to This Policy

CricfyProTV may update this policy when our publishing process, website features, contact information or applicable requirements change.

The latest version will appear on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
